Scheduling/cancelling/rescheduling doctor/provider appointment, telemedicine, medication refills, hospital and medical services

Coordinating patient’s valuable information using internal messaging system

Checking of patient’s active health insurances and its coverage including proper setting of expectation how much out of pocket expenses need to be settled

Complies with hospital and legal requirements by fostering practices that adhere to the hospital’s rules and regulations, and HIPAA

Respects patient’s rights by maintaining their confidentiality

Maintains patient care database by entering new information as it becomes available
